spinning @ club salivate ( JB)

on my 1st blog..i've said i'm waiting for answer from my JB friend(DJ michael) to invite me there to spin in his club...finally~~~ on december 2008,i've experience spinning in club SALIVATE (JB)....not only spin for the 1st day but also the 2nd day...i was nervous at first but "boom" i started enjoying on the stage,watching people dancing on the dancefloor.....i started to spin about 1 hour on the 1st day and on the second day i spin for 1 and a half hour...and in the middle my friend asked me to spin again...too bad i didnt prepare the playlist long enough...anyways,i really enjoyed spinning there.....the manager of the club,told my friend that he really like my style and the song that i've choosen.....REALLY APPRECIATE IT...although i didn't get any pay,but it was the best experience spinning in clubs...hope to involve myself more in to club scene....and hope to get more gig in the future.....cheers~~~

2days of freedom fest @ A'famosa

Wow..is been a long time i didn't update my blog :P
On 29 & 30 may,here comes the massive rave party of the year...2days of freedom fest @ A'famosa.....muahaha is time to party with ferry corsten,markus schulz,tydi and also above & beyond.....too bad me and my DJ partner manage to go for 1 day only, because we cant get the ticket for the 2nd day although the ticket is free...sob~~~ but atleast we enjoyed on the 1st day with ferry corsten and markus schulz.......both of the DJ was awesome.....ferry corsten played his new album "twice in a blue moon" and also some of his old tracks.....thumbs up...!!!! and for markus schulz he also played his new trace track " the new world"..i was suprise he use that for his ending part.....but it was awesome.....love that song very much.......too bad this year stage and lights still can't beat the previous freedom fest @ PD(Tiesto)....it was a boom....

FREEDOM ELITE

yeah~~~ had fun with all my crazy party friends at freedom elite private rave party on 22nd november(is a by-invitation event, only 5,000 tickets for this party and "WE ARE AMONG THE 5,000) ,and i lost my voice because of shouting....."I NEED SOME HONEY " and doing some crazy things, the most important stuff is I ENJOY THE MUSIC wohooo ~~~~that is the main point of going to rave parties,but i will also learn some stuff from all those famous DJs.Thats all for today....esmond aka djfrozensteps signing off~~~CIAOZ..~~~

the first night of blogging(18nov - 12:35am)

Is 12 midnight and i trying to make myself to fall asleep but i just cant, because alot of stuff keep coming into my mind and i just cant stop thinking of it.heThe first thing im worry about is my studies...because i have lost my direction in this course(audio engineering)because SHITs happen to the college and some of the senior couldn't get a diploma.....this is a shitty case,we already report all this to the goverment etc even being interview by TV station...but what has came out in the end... "NOTHING or SAME OLD SHIT" . Second thing is....in omy life, music is everything to me and thats why i taken up this course, I've being a bedroom DJ for almost 2 years plus but sometimes i spin in various private parties,and what is in my mind now is..i don't wanna keep hiding myself,i wanted to get out from here and share my music and watching people"BUZZING"aka enjoying the music on the dancefloor) in clubs,but the thing is i didn't know much contacts in KL but i've got a friend in JB is willing to teach me and invited me to spin at JB.I planned to go there around 3 days on this coming december and it is a good opportunity for me experiencing spin in clubs(this is what i wanted)...but i still can't comfirm that i gonna spin(still waiting for answer)...i hope it will be a good new.Third.... i just feel that my life sucks because of all this problem etc, i just feel like quiting college and work....is just like i have wasted alot of time in this stupid college plus i've lost my direction in studies(felt sorry for my parents)....there is nothing special happened in my life before,is just the same old ESMOND going up awhile and down all the time. Being a DJ for me is not only for the salary etc,the main thing being a DJ for me is to share my music on the stage..is happy to look at people dancing with your music.
